Group Classes
Whether your goal is to build muscle, loose weight, or even just to be able keep up with your kids, our highly-trained coaches deliver a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience no matter your level of fitness. Come join us in our mission of inspiring families to live enriched, fulfilled lives.
Beginner Program
We believe that with the right coaching and programming, CrossFit is for you -- no matter your age, fitness level or experience! Before you jump into our regular classes, we set you up for success through our personalized on-boarding program where you'll meet with a coach one-on-one and learn and practice many of the movements you'll see in classes. You'll learn about customizing the workouts to meet your needs and abilities and we'll also follow-up with you as you get started building new, healthier habits.
Personal Training
Do you need sport-specific training, have a significant amount of weight to lose, need help recovering from a major injury or have other health limitations? Working one on one with an expert coach is hands down the fastest and most efficient way to make breakthroughs in your fitness.
Nutrition
You can't out-exercise a poor diet. Our certified nutrition coaches will provide the accountability, knowledge and motivation you need to help you find and customize the optimal nutrition regime for your body.
Mobility
Coach-led mobility classes help you improve your range of motion, decrease aches, pains and stress, promote recovery and decrease the likelihood of injury. Use as a stand alone class or for active recovery after a workout.
Weightlifting
Our in-house Olympic Weightlifting club is for all skill levels and ages... and not just for Olympic Weightlifters! Athletes in our club work on improving their CrossFit lift techniques, increasing their power and strength, or compete in Olympic Weightlifting competitions.
Teen Program
Our teen program is for students (ages 11-17) looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Our teen program encourages confidence, positive relationships and a healthy body awareness.
Youth Fitness
Designed for kids ages 5-11, our kids class is focused on building healthy habits through fun games and workouts. CrossFit Kids learn proper mechanics, teamwork, and developing a love for challenges in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. We even host fun, active birthday party celebrations at CrossFit Magnolia!

I’m from Oklahoma and have been coaching CrossFit for 5 years. I am married to my best friend Josh since August 4, 2001 and we have two beautiful children, Madilyn & Hagen. I absolutely love coaching to help people become a healthier and stronger version of themselves.  My all time favorite saying is “You Do You”. What I take from that saying is we are all in the gym for ourselves and only for ourselves!

I studied Biology at BIOLA University in Southern California and was very active running cross country and track and field. After earning my Bachelor’s degree from BIOLA, I began working in the Biotech industry prior to starting my family.  Working out and intentionally exercising were almost non-existent as I became busy raising five kids.I started my CrossFit journey in 2018. I had heard of CrossFit, but didn’t really know what it was all about. So, I did what anyone would do: convinced one of my best friends to go with me! We have 11 kids between us and hadn’t been able to work out in quite some time. We commiserated to each other as we realized that neither of us could do a sit-up anymore! But nevertheless, I was hooked and loved the community, encouragement, and challenge that each day brought.We moved from Los Angeles to Magnolia in 2019 and I knew I had to find a CrossFit box right away. The community at CrossFit Magnolia made me feel welcomed and part of the family right away.I earned my CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2020 and am loving the challenge of coaching and encouraging others in their fitness journey.

I have always been an active person… athletic even, but I never imagined myself doing something like CrossFit. I was happy wandering around the machine room in a gym trying out different machines… never feeling like I got a really good workout, but satisfied that I was doing “something”. When my husband became a coach at CrossFit Magnolia and then later bought the gym, all my excuses were eliminated. I slowly started going to CrossFit classes with more frequency. I’m no coach, but I work behind the scenes to help keep the gym “driving and thriving”. At CrossFit Magnolia I’ve gotten the best workouts of my life, accomplished physical gains I’d never thought possible, made great friends and and been blessed to watch my husband do something he is passionate about.

It’s interesting to look back and see the path that brings you to certain points in your life. When I got my MBA, I was catapulted into corporate America where I worked for about ten years. When I had the opportunity to coach at and then own CrossFit Magnolia, I was grateful and excited for the opportunity to work in an industry that was my passion helping people with their goals and being part of a gym community that supports and lifts its members in and out of the gym.

I have been a fitness enthusiast all of my life. I competed in many sports such as gymnastics, swimming and soccer and then as an adult tried all sorts of gyms and fitness programs. I love that CrossFit is challenging both physically and mentally… something I haven’t found in any other fitness endeavor. 

The Magnolia Crossfit community is really an extension of my own family, and family is something that is very important to me. My wife Jen and I have five kids and I especially love coaching the kids and young adults and I am grateful to witness how CrossFit empowers, inspires and motivated individuals.

COACH / OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

My health journey started after my first year of college when I decided to prioritize my health and lose the freshman 30 (I’m an over achiever). I started eating better, exercising regularly, and I changed my major; health and fitness became my whole life. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2017. I was peer pressured into signing up for a 6 week ladies weight-loss challenge and fell in love with CrossFit. I got my CrossFit level one certification in 2016 and most recently received my USA Weightlifting certification in 2018.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
