-Build to the heaviest weight for today.
Metcon (No Measure)
5 rounds for quality:
15 barbell bent over row
15 Strict dip
-Optional to modify to a single arm bent row with DB, 15 reps each arm. For dips use fixed bar or rings, but strict means no bend in hip or knee throughout the movement.
