Before class

Back Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

-Build to a heavy triple for the day

Weighted Dip (5-5-5-5-5)

Before class, -Use the heaviest weight possible on each set. Use a stationary dip set up if possible.

Weighted Pull-ups (5-5-5-5-5)

-Use the heaviest weight possible on each set. Alternate with the dips if you would like.
