Warm-up (No Measure)

After the gym workout,

Metcon (No Measure)

Every minute for 10 minutes:

Odd: 20 DB Powerclean (50/35)

Even: 20 Push ups (hands on DB)

– Goal is to try and get these numbers in the minute. If we come up short, move on to the next minute and continue trying to get as close to 20 reps as possible. And even though your hands will be on the DB, your chest still has to touch the ground at the bottom of the rep.
Fully Loaded

Every minute for 10 minutes:

Odd: 20 Chest to bar pull ups

Even: 20 Ring dips

– Goal is to try and get these numbers in the minute. If we come up short, move on to the next minute and continue trying to get as close to 20 reps as possible.

Warm-up (No Measure)

Rest 10 minutes

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:

30 Double unders

15 ab-mat sit ups

– Goal is to get as close to 10 rounds as possible, or more. The challenge will be how many rounds can you be consistent on the double unders and keep them unbroken.
