I started Crossfit in 2016 when I was bored with working out at a regular gym and I haven’t looked back! I walked into   Crossfit not knowing anything or anyone so I can understand how intimidating CrossFit can seem! I have three boys who also love to do CrossFit. I decided to become a coach in 2020 and I love helping people test their physical and mental abilities and achieve their goals. I also love coaching and competing with our Dark Horse Weightlifting Club.
