Private Training may be ideal for you if you are looking for specific training for competitions or events, have a significant amount of weight to lose, recovering from a major injury or have other health limitations. Working one on one with an expert coach is hands down the fastest and most efficient way to make breakthroughs in your fitness. You can also choose a combination membership that has group classes with a few private training sessions each month to help you reach your goals faster.

DARK HORSE WEIGHTLIFTING

This weightlifting club is for the novice exerciser, the elite crossfitter, the future olympic weightlifter, or the average gym-goer. We welcome any and all skill levels and ages. Each athlete has different goals: improve their CrossFit performance, get strong, try something new, improve power and strength for their main sport, be competitive in Olympic Weightlifting, etc. Our goal is to encourage and support our athletes in all their athletic endeavors. Everyone can and will benefit.

The story behind Dark Horse. Native Americans believe horses have physical and unearthly power, they allow us to be free as the wind and carry heavy burdens great distances. A Dark Horse, as everyone knows, is an underdog. Someone who isn’t expected to succeed or win but ultimately surprises everyone by doing the unexpected. We are all Dark Horses looking to prove our naysayers wrong. #dotheunexpected

What’s your nutrition goal? Do you want to loose 10 (or 50 pounds)? Do you want to build muscle and get some definition? You can’t out-exercise a bad diet, which is why as part of your membership we’re always here to talk nutrition with you and give you some guidance, but if you need more accountability and follow through (which is why most efforts at improving nutrition fail), you can work 1-on-1 with a nutrition coach. Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated but there is a lot of confusing (and conflicting) information out there. Let us be your partner in achieving your goals.

TEEN PROGRAM

Our teen program is for students (ages 11-17) looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Our teen program encourages confidence and toughness that translates to the field, classroom, and life and is appropriate for the beginner through to the elite high school athlete. We know teens are busy, so we give our teens the flexibility to attend teen class or our adult classes. It’s empowering for youth to see both their peers and adults working hard and persisting through a challenging workout. We make sure they have any extra support they need to be successful in any of our classes. Many of our parents enjoy working out with their teens, which makes the flexibility even more convenient!
