Dark Horse Weightlifting Club

Welcome to Dark Horse Weightlifting Club! This is a community of like-minded strong individuals who strive to get better every day.  Each athlete has different goals: improve their CrossFit performance, get strong, try something new, to improve power and strength for their main sport, be competitive in Olympic Weightlifting, etc. etc.  The list goes on.  We welcome any and all skill levels and ages.  Our goal is to encourage and support our athletes in all their athletic endevours.

This club is for the novice exerciser, the elite crossfitter, the future olympic weightlifter, or the average gym-goer.  Everyone can and will benefit.

The story behind Dark Horse.  Native Americans believe horses have physical and unearthly power, they allow us to be free as the wind and carry heavy burdens great distances.  A Dark Horse, as everyone knows, is an underdog.  Someone who isn’t expected to succeed or win but ultimately surprises everyone by doing the unexpected.  We are all Dark Horses looking to prove our naysayers wrong. #dotheunexpected
