-Goal is to finish under 15 minutes, but can be done under 10 minutes if the sled is a little lighter. Ideally, though the sled is loaded to a heavy resistance, in which a running push is not able to be maintained for the entire 50 feet.

-Add a deficit on the HSPU if you want to increase the challenge. Go as heavy as can be unbroken on the carries.
