Power Snatch (7 x 1)

– Build to a heavy single for the day

Bench Press (7 x 3)

– Build to a heavy triple for the day

Front Rack Lunge (7 x 6)

– 3 steps each leg. Try to use the same bar and weight from the power snatch. Alternate through these movements for 7 rounds.
