6 Rounds for total reps:

Every 5 minutes:

15 burpees, then max calories Assault Bike
-No rest between rounds. Goal is 30 minutes of continuous movement. Pick a pace on the bike that will be challenging. Great scores will be above 300/225 total calories. Substitute running or rowing if you do not have access to a bike. If running, go for distance, only stopping every 5 minutes to do the burpees. Compare to 12/25/19.
