3 Power clean (185/125)

3 Front squat (185/125)

3 Shoulder to overhead (185/125)

5 rounds:

3 Power clean (205/135)

3 Front squat (205/135)

3 Shoulder to overhead (205/135)
-20 minute time cap. So the goal is to finish all 20 rounds in under 20 minutes. If you anticipate not being able to finish, get as far as you can until the time cap is reached. Use one bar, change your own weights, and you may not blend any reps together. Finish all 3 cleans before descending down into the first squat, and stand up all 3 squats before attempting to go overhead.
