Warm-up (No Measure)

Before class

As many reps as possible in 12 minutes: (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 DB Overhead walking lunge – Right (50/35)

10 DB Overhead walking lunge – Left (50/35)

20 Box jumps (24″/20″)
-Goal is to finish 6+ rounds. Use a single DB, and ideally you can lunge 10 steps away from the box, then turn around and lunge right back.

10 DB Overhead walking lunge – Left (50/35)

20 Object jumps
-Goal is to finish 6+ rounds. Use a single DB, and ideally you can lunge 10 steps away from the object, then turn around and lunge right back. Try to have the object be about knee to mid-thigh high.
