100 DB burpee box step ups (50/35 – 20″ box)
-Everyone will use a 20″ box for this workout and have the chosen DB weight in each hand. The goal is to not have to let go of the DB’s throughout the movement. This means the DB’s travel with you on the burpee and up on top of the box. Goal is to finish under 15 minutes, with great times under 10 minutes.
