As many reps as possible in 18 minutes:

50m DB Farmer carry (100/70)

3 rounds of strict “Cindy”

5 Strict pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squat
-Goal is to complete 4-5 rounds of this workout. 1 round is the farmer carry and then the 5-10-15 sequence 3 times before heading back out to the carry.
