-Use the heaviest weight possible on each set. These should be a push or power jerk. No split jerks today.
Box Jumps (3-3-3-3-3)
-Find the highest box you can jump onto 3 times. Complete a set of these after each set of push jerks.

– Scale to 50 reps if you haven’t reached 50 reps by 2 minutes. Stop at 75 reps if you haven’t reached 75 reps by 3 minutes.
