21 DB snatch (alternating – 70/50)

15m DB walking lunge (70/50)

9 Ring muscle ups
-Goal is to finish under 12 minutes. If the muscle ups start to reach failure and scaling is needed, try going to 6 & 3 reps on the later rounds.
