As many reps as possible in 15 minutes:

10 Squat Cleans (155/105)

10 Strict HS push ups
-Goal is to finish at least 6 rounds with great scores closer to 8 rounds. Short, quick sets will be the way to attack getting through the potential volume on this workout. Quick singles on the barbell is a very strong strategy for this workout.
