-Build to a heavy single for the day. Jerk may be power, split, or squat.

“Death by Sled”

On the Minute until failure:

50ft. Sled push
– Goal is to push the sled the 50 feet in under a minute. Every successful minute add (20/10#), and start with an empty sled. Ideally there is an unbroken stretch of 50ft, in which you can stack weights at either end to add. However, this can be done with a turn around at the 25ft. mark. Each minute should be approached with the intention to sprint.
