Warm-up (No Measure)

Before class

Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

-Use the heaviest weight possible on each set.

Bench Press (3-3-3-3-3)

-Use the heaviest weight possible on each set.

Power clean (3-3-3-3-3)

-Use the heaviest weight possible on each set.

-For a well rounded athlete the weight on these triples should be similar across all three movements. A significant difference with one being much higher or lower can give us insight into where an athlete’s strength might be deficient.
