Deadlift (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)

–Build to a heavy triple for the day

Shoulder press (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)

-Use the heaviest possible weight on each set. Alternate with the deadlift, if you want.

Metcon (Time)

30 Sandbag over the shoulder (150/100)
– Goal is to finish under 5 minutes. Lower the weight on the sandbag to make sure this doesn’t take longer than 10 minutes.
