Front squat (3-3-3-3-3)

-Use the heaviest weight possible on each set.

Sumo Deadlift (3-3-3-3-3)

-Use the heaviest possible weight on each set.

Shoulder press (3-3-3-3-3)

-Use the heaviest possible weight on each set. Set up 3 bars and rotate through the 5 sets if you want.
Do the gym programming (RX’d or competitor) for the day
