15 min amrap:

50 foot handstand walk

15 kb swings (70/50)

10 weighted GHD (14/10)
HSW is Games standard. So, you must make it to the next mat. If you come down in the middle of the mat, back up to the beginning of that mat and start again.

These are heavy KB swings. Make sure you fully extend over your head.

Do NOT drop the KB. Even from your knees.

Weighted GHD is with a medball. Touch the medball to the ground and then to the feet-pads, each time.

Scoring: HSW counts as 1 rep, if completed
