25 burpee box jump overs (24/20)

7 sandbag over shoulder (150/100)
Scale options:

Lighter sandbag or less reps of the heavy sandbag.

If you don’t finish in 30 minutes, you didn’t scale appropriately.

Metcon (No Measure)

Skillwork:

1. wall climbs

2. handstand walk

3. handstand walk with obstacles
#1 is wall climbs.

If you can do those well, then work on handstand walks.

If you can do that well, then add obstacles.
