100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 air squats
You must complete all of each movement before moving to the next.

Rx push-ups are chest to the ground.

If you don’t make contact with the ground every time, get a box for the appropriate height where your chest can touch the box.

If you struggle reaching proper depth for air squats, use a medicine ball.
